Clematis ' Duchess of Albany'
This is a very vigorous plant. I am considering removing it as it is way to large for the five foot wide by ten feet tall by three foot deep space I have given it.

Clematis 'Duchess of Albany'
the "Duchess" in bloom - our favorite
This is the second season in our garden and the 'Duchess' is prolific. This is in the texensis group and very hardy. Supposedly very suceptible to mildew, but we have had no problem on either of our plants. This is a garden favorite. The plant blooms longer than most and is not halted by summer heat. - Larry and Connie Bell
